It was pretty good (I know you didnt take credit for the theme, but the way you wrote it, it looks like you are trying to, so I can see how the last guy misunderstood.) If you're going to use frame by frame, you should clean up your drawings a little and get the timing right. You don't have to learn motion tween to make animation (cartoons on TV don't use it, I guess you don't have to either) but you should smooth things out a bit anyway, and add a few sound effect here and there. Search google for "Cartoon Sounds".

I normally don't like anime, but that was pretty well done...there were some really nice effects that you pulled off in that piece. Plus, the Italian was really an interesting change.
